So last weekend we worked through a weekend (finishing on Sunday evening in the dark) to help get a new clients operators their ALLMI Lorry Loader qualifications. All delegates achieved the required standard, after the practical elements were assessed. A period of familiarisation & specific training is now recommended for the 3 delegates working with their more experienced colleagues for them to learn on the job training. Good luck to all – ALLMI Slinger/Signaller training has been recommended to them to help them understand how to safely lift & attach different loads and how to use different types of lifting accessories.
