Last Friday saw SMC Training Services annual Accreditation audit, an auditor (TSA) from ITSSAR visited me on site to ensure we remain compliant with their strict requirements, not just with setting up practical courses but also all paperwork system’s are up to date & current. Met a new auditor – who was both professional & extremely helpful, and also offered me guidance on a variety of things. The audit went very well, with no problems at all. Many thanks go out to Otter Garden Centres for the use of their facilities.
