a. Have all of the Reports of Thorough Examination up to date for all of the equipment involved. Forklift – check. Man cage – check. My harness & adjustable Lanyard fitted correctly – check.
b. Risk Assessment & Rescue plan completed – check.
Well up you go gents! Happy to help out where previous training courses & providers hadn’t bothered to cover this off with the staff.
